New Roof Installation in Bexley – Rear Section Completed, Front Starting in March

This roofing project in Bexley is progressing brilliantly, with the rear roof now nearing completion and only the valley mortar left to finish. Our team has delivered a high-quality installation featuring a 3-layer torch-on flat roof system, new breathable membrane and battens, Sandtoft grey tiles, and full leadwork including flashings, step flashings, and a custom box gutter. The front section of the roof is scheduled for replacement in March once the new dormer is in place, and we’re excited to bring the same high standard of workmanship to the final stage.
